Professional coaching focuses on setting goals, creating outcomes and managing personal change. I work with leaders in a corporate setting who want to be more intentional, productive, self-aware and purpose-driven in their careers. I also work with individuals in a personal setting who want to have more balance, meaning, clarity and wellbeing in their lives.
The Co-Active Coaching Model
In my practice I use the Co-Active Coaching model developed by Coaches Training Institute (CTI), the oldest and largest in-person coach training organization in the world.
Through the use of powerful questions, I help clients gain clarity around their purpose, values, goals and dreams. We also identify the self-limiting beliefs, fears and behaviours that are holding them back.
Why does coaching work?
Coaching works because of three unique features:
- Synergy: Coachee and coach become a team, focusing on the coachee’s goals and needs to accomplish more than the coachee would alone.
- Structure: With a coach, a coachee takes more action, thinks bigger, and gets the job done, thanks to the accountability the coach provides.
- Expertise: The coach knows how to help individuals make better decisions, set the best goals, and restructure their professional and personal lives for maximum productivity.
Coaching Partnership
I work closely with clients to create a plan that works best for them. Long-lasting, meaningful change takes time, for that reason most individuals will enter a 6 or 12 month coaching relationship. Sessions are done via phone, online or in-person is available for local clients. I have a global coaching practice and enjoy working with clients in all areas of the world.
